Culture

Quality Control

We are sticklers for maintaining our in-house quality control systems. We have standard operating procedures to check all work, each person’s work is also cross-checked and critiqued by other team members and we have a culture of priding ourselves in our work.

At Sokoza we use Solidworks 3D modelling. All jobs start with our careful design and concept process. Our very experienced design engineer spends time to ensure we capture and understand the finer detail of the requirements. This allows us to fine tune our designs and pick up any problems before production, as it ensures all components fit together. All this means a better finish, lower-cost production and when needed customers can also see and visualise the end-result before we start the manufacture process.

Modern Engineering Methods

All components are laser-cut and CNC folded which creates extremely accurate components that speed up fabrication times, together with low error rates and wastage.
